Is there an MOQ requirement when placing a DTF order?

No, there is no MOQ requirement. Whether you are looking to need only one design or hundreds, we are able to help you.

Is there a setup fee when placing a DTF order?

No, there won’t be a setup fee.

What are the available sizes?

Our gang sheets range from 22” x 12” to 22” x 400”. You can also use Transfers by size option to be able to purchase smaller designs which start from 2” x 2"

What should I pay attention to when placing a DTF order?

For high quality printed DTF, the design quality should not be less than 300 DPI and the designs must be transparent background.

What File Types Should I Use When Uploading My Artwork?

Photoshop, PNG, PDF, Adobe Illustrator, SVG

Our preference: SVG files work best because it is possible to re-size artwork without losing any resolution. However, as long as you upload a PNG or a PDF file with 300 DPI, we'll be able to re-size the image to your liking, without losing any quality.

What is the turnaround time?

Order that are placed before 12 PM PST on a weekday will ship the same day. Orders that are placed after 12 PM EST will ship the next business days.
