Thank you for choosing Chameleon Transfers for your direct to film service needs. We strive to provide you with the best possible experience and results. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.  

Refund Eligibility on Your Order: 

  1. We are committed to delivering high-quality product. If you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your completed film. We will review the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.
  2. If there is a seller related error during production process that affects the quality or the content of your order, you are eligible for a full refund, or a complimentary reprint, determined by our team.  

Refund Process:  

  • To initiate a refund or return request, please contact our customer support team at support@chameleontransfer.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.  
  • Our team will review your request and may request additional information, such as images or videos illustrating the issue. We may also discuss potential solutions before proceeding with a refund. 
  • Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be offered a full or partial refund, a complimentary re-print, or alternative compensation as agreed upon.  

Non-Refundable Situations: 

  • Since our services involve creative work and resources, we do not offer refunds for requests based solely on a change of mind. 
  • We as Chameleon Transfers are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer during the order process. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, but a resolution will be offered by our team as we are here to make sure you are satisfied with all aspects of our business. 

Exchanges: 

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer traditional exchanges for the products. If there are issues with your film, we will address them through the refund or re-print process. 

Modifications to the Policy: 

Chameleon Transfers reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website https://www.chameleontransfer.com. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
